1968 – First Phase of Mechanization

The farming enterprise is established, using traditional, non‑mechanized agricultural practices. Acquisition of the first tractor, marking a key step toward higher efficiency and productivity.

1971 – Logistics Expansion

Introduction of the first transport truck to improve logistics and distribution capabilities.

1980 – Land Expansion & Scaling

Cultivated area is strategically expanded to 30,000 m², signaling growth and stronger market presence.

1995 – Early Vegetable Production (Low Tunnels)

Temporary polytunnels (low tunnels) are introduced to enable early‑season vegetable production.

2004 – Phase I: Permanent Greenhouse Investment

Construction of the first steel‑structure greenhouses, covering 6,000 m² and starting the shift to high‑tech farming.

2009–2021 – Continuous Greenhouse Expansion

Over this period, the controlled greenhouse area grows in several phases, increasing from 11,000 m² in 2009 to 17,000 m² in 2013 and reaching 19,000 m² by 2021.

2025 – The AGREKORD Era

The AGREKORD brand is founded, accompanied by major investments in modern, high‑tech greenhouses, bringing the total controlled area to 25,000 m².
